With regard to regulation (EEC) no. 679 27/4/2016, the treatment of your personal data will be based on the principles of propriety, lawfulness, minimization, proportionality, necessity, transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of every user.

The present privacy policy only applies to the online activities on this website and is valid for visitors/users of the site. The present site threats the data of the users in an appropriate and fair way, adopting all the right security and organizational measures, aimed at avoiding non-authorized accesses, release, edit or destruction of the data.   1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, also when they have not been registered, and their intelligible communication.

  • The aims and modalities of the treatment;
  • The logic applied in case of treatment pursued by using electronic means;

  • Of the persons or types of persons to whom data may be communicated or that may get to know them as representatives designed in the territory of the Country or outside the territory of the Country, as responsible persons or as other charged persons.
  1. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
  • The updating, the rectification, namely, when necessary, the integration of the data;
  • The elimination, transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of the data treated against the law, included those whose collection is not necessary for the purposes for which the data have been collected or successively treated;

4.The person concerned has the right to oppose, entirely or in part:

  • To the treatment of his/her personal data for legitimate reasons, although relevant for the purposes of the collection, notwithstanding the possible consequences in case the required performance is not collectible;

Destroyed, after expiry of the obligations imposed by art. 2220 c.c., by art. 19 and 22 of the Presidential Decree no. 600/1973 or by another specific regulation; b) given to another controller, as long as they are intended for a treatment compatible with the purposes for which the data have been collected; c) collected for personal purposes and not intended for systematic communication or spread; d) collected or given to another controller, for historical or statistical reasons, in conformity with the law, regulations, European right and codes of conduct imposed by the art. 40 Reg.
