Compensation joints are particularly useful in order to link together more Tuboline edgings, as they ensure strength and resistance to thermal stress. Compared to straight joints, they have a reinforced central part which allows to link the two edgings at a pre-determined distance. It is mainly used by landscapers in works requiring sun exposure in summer or cold exposure in winter.
Compensation joint for Tuboline
It is a particular kind of joint that allows to link two Tuboline edgings, compensating the uncovered junction part on both sides. Unlike straight or 90° curved joints, the central part is thicker for bearing the stress due to sudden thermal changes.
